1.- Consultation and Project Planning:

Ilumimedia evaluates client requirements and provides the best solution for the EL products.

2.- Animation Creation (Free of Charge):

Ilumimedia will assist you to maximize the benefits of EL technology for their campaign. Ilumimedia will provide you electronic file with the animation that you require. By working electronically during this stage, emailing with animations .gif file, this way is very quick, efficient and cost-effective.

Once the animation is confirmed by the client, Ilumimedia can build a prototype with these specifications.

3.-Customization: Estimate Pricing

Costs of Customization are dependent upon variables such as:

- Size
- Quantity
- % Area of Illumination
- Animation Complexity

Therefore, once Ilumimedia provides you an animation and has full details of the project, we can provide you an accurate cost based on the specific customer requirements, together with the delivery lead times.

4.-Prototype / Samples:

The prototype is optional. Prototype costs vary, depending the specifications of the project. Ilumimedia will provide you an estimate for prototyping before any work is done. The prototype will take around 2 weeks. It will serve as a master proof for final approval and the entire run will be based on the prototype.

5.- Production:

The lead time for production will be confirmed upon order, when we have all details of the project. Once the prototype has been approved, Ilumimedia will proceed with production once we receive a deposit of 50% of total costs or an irrevocable Letter of Credit.

6.- Delivery:

As soon as we finish production, we will inform you and his order will be shipped. You are required to pay for the transportation and the balance of the remaining 50% of the total invoice value in order to release the goods.
